Per-100 Net Points across 20 skills vs. the league.
Every player is reduced to three vectors in percentile space (each skill / metric ranked 0 to 100 against qualified players, so unlike units line up). Each vector produces its own 0-100 distance, and the three are blended with the weights you set above (default one third each). Match % is 100 minus that blended distance. The radar and bars always show every skill equally; these weights apply only to the comp.
